How to Use a Humidifier

1. When using a humidifier, it is not that the humidification capacity is as large as possible, in fact, it should not be too low and not too high, it should be kept between 40~60% relative humidity, and the humidification capacity of the humidifier should be controlled between 300~350ml per hour.

2. Various humidifiers have different requirements for water quality, such as pure water for pure humidifiers, purified water or distilled water for ultrasonic humidifiers, and ordinary water for electrically heated humidifiers.

3. The water in the humidifier water tank may run out at any time, and dry burning will damage the machine, so try to use products with automatic water shortage protection function, and at the same time, pay attention to the water storage of the water tank in normal times, and refill it in time.

4. The water tank, transducer and other easy-to-form parts of the scale should be cleaned once a week, and can be cleaned with a soft cloth, soft brush, and clean water when cleaning, and the body and parts should not be cleaned with detergent, kerosene, alcohol, etc., and the scale should not be scraped off with hard objects to avoid damage to the parts.

5. The humidifier should be placed on a floor 0.5~1.5m above the ground, away from heat sources and corrosive substances. It is strictly forbidden to touch the nozzle in use to avoid scalding, and it must be stopped immediately for maintenance in the event of a fault.

Also use caution when using:

1. For first-time use, leave at room temperature [3] for half an hour before turning the machine on.

2. Use room temperature 10-40 degrees.

3. Use clean water with a temperature below 40 degrees.

4. Keep away from other appliances when the machine is operating.

5. Do not add additives to the water that are not produced by professional production lines or supervisors.

6. Do not place the humidifier on a hollow object to avoid co-frequency resonance noise

7. Do not turn on the machine in a waterless state. The ultrasonic humidifier uses a transducer to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy, and generates a high-frequency oscillation of 1.7 million times per second through the oscillation circuit to directly shake the water into ultrafine particles of ≤5 microns, and then diffuses the water molecules into the surrounding air through the pneumatic device. If the transducer is not regularly maintained and cleaned, this will result in an increased load when the transducer is running, indicating that the machine cannot operate normally. It is recommended to use distilled water and purified water, which can effectively extend the service life of the machine.
